Santo Domingo. – La Cooperativa de Ahorros, Créditos y Servicios Múltiples de la Corporación del Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Santo Domingo (COOPCAASD) participó en un congreso sobre los avances tecnológicos en ese sector económico, celebrado en Colombia.
La institución destacó que una comisión recibió la capacitación en el III Congreso Nacional e Internacional, Avances e Innovación Tecnológica, el cual estuvo auspiciado por Federación Nacional de Cooperativas del Sector Gubernamental Dominicano (FENCOOPSEGUB).
A través de un comunicado, la entidad estatal explicó que el objetivo de esta capacitación es lograr la transformación digital, a fin de brindar a los socios de la cooperativa un servicio rápido y eficiente.
En ese sentido, precisó que la ciberseguridad fue uno de los temas principales tratados durante el seminario, así como la reducción del uso de papel para garantizar la agilidad de los procesos cooperativos.
“Desde avances tecnológicos, que van desde el evitar el uso de papeles para hacer desembolsos de préstamos hasta lo que es la ciberseguridad, porque se deben proteger nuestras bases de datos”, destacó la institución.
Señaló que el escenario abordó los temas de las Apps, jornadas educativas para los socios y digitalización de los procesos.
La delegación de la CAASD estuvo encabezada por Noelia Zarzuela, gerente administrativa de la Cooperativa. Además de la participación de 60 cooperativas de las instituciones del Estado.
La CAASD aseguró que la cooperativa de la institución trabaja para brindarle un servicio de calidad a los colaboradores e inculcarles el hábito del ahorro.
