Santo Domingo.- Empleados de la Corporación del Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Santo Domingo (CAASD) recibieron la orientación sobre el “Régimen ético y disciplinario de los servidores públicos”, impartida por el Ministerio de Administración Pública (MAP), en la sede central de la institución responsable de servir el agua potable al Gran Santo Domingo.
“La finalidad de esta conferencia es capacitar a los empleados, formarlos sobre la Ley de Función Pública, que tengan conocimientos de lo que son sus deberes y derechos y, sobre todo, conocer el régimen ético y disciplinario”, afirmó el representante del MAP, Arturo Rivera.
Durante la actividad formativa, donde decenas de empleados de diferentes departamentos de la CAASD fueron capacitados, se abordaron los temas: derechos y licencias ordinarias, prestaciones sociales, prevención y seguridad en el trabajo, pensión, jubilación, salario número 13, entre otros.
El facilitador hizo énfasis en el tema de las licencias de estudios y aclaró que este tipo de licencias sólo se les concede a personas que estén en la carrera administrativa, de lo contrario, esto sería una acción irregular.
“Estos permisos duran hasta dos años con disfrute de sueldo”, puntualizó al respecto.
La conferencia fue coordinada por la Dirección de Recursos Humanos de la CAASD junto al departamento de Capacitación
