Durante la actividad, Felipe Suberví fue declarado hijo adoptivo de la comunidad. Santo Domingo. – El director general de la Corporación del Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Santo Domingo (CAASD), ingeniero Felipe Suberví, estableció un acuerdo de colaboración entre organizaciones comunitarias para el desarrollo sostenible e integral de La Zurza y otros sectores aledaños del Distrito Nacional.
El convenio de cooperación fue firmado por la Fundación de Saneamiento Integral (Fusai), la Unión de Juntas de Vecinos y Organizaciones de Base de La Zurza (Ujvobzur), la Coordinadora de Organizaciones de La Zurza (Coodezurza) y la Fundación de Saneamiento Ambiental de La Zurza (Fundsazurza), quienes asumieron el compromiso de trabajar en conjunto con las autoridades para buscar soluciones en beneficio de los residentes de esas demarcaciones.
El acuerdo busca impulsar un programa de desarrollo en los barrios sustentado por la CAASD y otras entidades del Gobierno, que incluye el mejoramiento de las condiciones físico-ambientales, educación sobre el uso y manejo del recurso agua, correcto cuidado de las instalaciones sanitarias y mejoramiento del suministro del preciado líquido.
Durante el acto, encabezado por Suberví, quedó constituida la primera mesa de trabajo conformada por dirigentes comunitarios y auxiliares de acción social de la CAASD. En ese sentido, el funcionario garantizó el apoyo de la institución a las iniciativas de las organizaciones barriales.
Resaltó que para mejorar la calidad en el servicio se necesita de la colaboración de todos. “La mesa de trabajo será la garante de respuestas hacia la CAASD”, enfatizó.
Asimismo, anunció que en los próximos días se realizará una prueba piloto de un nuevo sistema para automatizar los servicios de la institución gubernamental. Con este modelo se creará una dinámica a través de la cual se dará respuesta a los usuarios, aseguró Suverbí.
