Corporación explica proyecto que beneficiará a sectores aledaños.
Santo Domingo. – Una comisión de la Corporación del Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Santo Domingo (CAASD), se reunió con líderes comunitarios de la Ciudad Juan Bosch con la finalidad de explicarles el proyecto que se está ejecutando para beneficiar a sectores aledaños de esa localidad.
La encargada de la Unidad Ejecutora de la CAASD, Marcell Rios agradeció el acercamiento de los líderes comunitarios para conocer más acerca de la obra.
La ingeniera Marcell detalló que los trabajos que se ejecutan están a su cargo y que esos no afectaran el servicio de esa comunidad ya que la misión de la institución es proteger el agua, crear conciencia de que se está elaborando un trabajo eficiente para mejorar la calidad de vida.
De su lado, el ingeniero Luis Salcedo aseguró que el agua de ciudad Juan Bosch no está comprometida, que no ha estado, ni lo estará, que ese servicio será el mismo las 24 horas.
Nuestro sueño siempre fue que barrera de salinidad estuviera operando a plena capacidad,
“yo creo en lo que ustedes me dicen y doy casi seguridad, pero hay variables que a veces nos permiten dudar y con esta lluvia todos sabemos lo que sucede” fueron las palabras del representante de Ciudad Juan Bosch, Máximo Mejía.
Durante el conversatorio, se respondieron todas las inquietudes de los representantes y quedaron conformes con las aclaraciones.
La reunión que inicio pasado las nueve de la mañana, tuvo lugar en la sede central de la institución, donde estuvieron presentes; los comunitarios Cipriano Tapia Disla, Máximo Mejía, Pedro Santana junto a los representantes de la CAASD de la Gerencia Operaciones del Este, Unidad Ejecutora de Proyectos, Asuntos Sociales, otros.
