Los alumnos fueron juramentados como vigilantes del preciado líquido
Santo Domingo.- La Corporación del Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Santo
Domingo (CAASD), a través del departamento de Promoción Social y su división educativa, ofreció la charla formativa sobre el ahorro del agua potable y el manejo de las aguas residuales a estudiantes del Centro Educativo Pasitos Felices, del sector Simón Bolívar, en el Distrito Nacional.
El encargado de la división de Educación de la CAASD, Oliver Germán, impartió la actividad formativa y expresó que con este programa de concienciación se busca “incidir en las comunidades sobre su concepción acerca de la importancia del agua”.
La charla contó con una participación de 35 estudiantes de primero y segundo grados de educación básica, junto a su personal docente.
A los educandos la Corporación les distribuyó útiles escolares y propaganda alusiva a los servicios que ofrece y sobre cómo cuidar el agua en sus hogares.
La charla fue coordinada por los promotores sociales de la CAASD Arismendy Martínez y José Manuel de la Cruz, y los facilitadores Osvaldo Bazil, Lucía de la Rosa Rivera e Ivelisse Moreno
