Santo Domingo.- La Corporación del Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Santo Domingo (CAASD) realizó la premiación de los ganadores del concurso de música urbana “La importancia del consumo racional del agua”, a fin de fomentar la conciencia social, a través del arte, sobre el cuidado del preciado líquido.
El primer lugar correspondió a Germán Paredes Jiménez (Kenser), con un premio de RD$300,000.00; el segundo lugar a Luis Llenky Mateo Alcántara (Yenky One), con RD$200,000.00, y el tercero a Yeifry Severino de la Rosa (Nino Freestyle), con RD$100,000.00.
El director del organismo regulador del agua potable en el Gran Santo Domingo, arquitecto Alejandro Montás, aprovechó la ocasión para reafirmar el llamado a la ciudadanía a dar un uso adecuado y racional a este recurso, esencial para la vida.
Los ganadores fueron seleccionados por un jurado integrado por personas de reconocida capacidad en el área de la música urbana en el país, a través de un proceso de selección público, justo e imparcial, precisó una nota de prensa de la CAASD.
El concurso fue celebrado el pasado mes de abril, coincidiendo con el aniversario de la CAASD, y se hizo en coordinación con el programa Alofoke Radio Show, que se transmite por la emisora radial KQ-94.5 FM, escenario donde también fueron anunciados los ganadores.
Los participantes remitieron sus propuestas mediante fonogramas (audios) en base física y digital al referido programa, mediante depósito con acuse de recibo de la referida propuesta en las oficinas administrativas de dicha emisora.
Sobre las bases del concurso:
Las canciones participantes debían contener un lenguaje decente, cuyas letras no cayeran en la vulgaridad ni atentaran contra las buenas costumbres o el orden público.
Un jurado fue seleccionado para escoger la canción ganadora y resguardar el derecho de autor y de propiedad industrial o intelectual.
En ese sentido, la CAASD autorizó a los concursantes para que pudieran hacer referencia su nombre comercial y a cualquier producto o servicio respecto de los cuales ella resultare ser titular de los derechos de propiedad, tanto industrial como intelectual, es decir, que en sus propuestas podían hacer uso del nombre de la Corporación y de sus productos o servicios.
Asimismo, los participantes aceptaron que el solo depósito de sus propuestas con fines de evaluación y sometimiento al concurso implica de pleno derecho de cesión total absoluta de su parte y en favor de la CAASD de los derechos de autor (propiedad intelectual) sobre la obra musical o artística presentada, pasando la misma a formar parte del patrimonio de la Corporación, como un aporte del participante a la cultura de ahorro y conservación del agua.
Finalmente, dijo que los premios del concurso no podrán ser transferibles, y en caso de renuncia a los mismos, el jurado podrá disponer que el ganador sea sustituido en la posición y en el premio en metálico por el concursante que quedare en la posición más próxima.
