Comunitarios de Cancino Adentro muestran satisfacción por la presencia del director general de la CAASD Ing. Felipe Suberví

El funcionario asumió el compromiso de junto a otras instituciones mejorar las condiciones de vida de los residentes en el sector
Santo Domingo. – Los moradores del sector Cancino Adentro, mostraron su satisfacción por la presencia del director general de la Corporación del Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Santo Domingo (CAASD), ingeniero Felipe Suberví, quien se apersonó al lugar para conocer las demandas de la comunidad, asegurando que esa institución trabaja arduamente para solucionar los problemas con el suministro de agua potable en el sector.
Durante un encuentro con miembros de la junta de vecinos y lideres comunitarios, el funcionario prometió a los residentes que la falta de agua se solucionará, explicándole que es necesario agotar todos los procesos de manera transparente para la adquisición de algunos equipos que se necesitan para ejecutar las obras y solucionar definitivamente los problemas existentes en esa zona.
“Nosotros como gestión le hemos dado importancia a esta comunidad. Cancino, era una zona olvidada por los gobiernos, pero en esta gestión en la CAASD, tenemos una política en donde se establece que cuando entramos a un lugar hasta que no terminamos no nos vamos”, aseguró.
Precisó que el presidente de la República, Luis Abinader, está al tanto de las demandas de la comunidad y le instruyó personalmente dar soluciones a estas situaciones.
“El presidente es un hombre que le da seguimiento a todo, escucha al pueblo y va con soluciones. Yo soy aliado de ustedes, entiendo sus reclamaciones, que son válidas todas, pero tienen que entender que todo es un proceso, no es como antes, ahora es un tema de transparencia”, indicó al acudir al llamado de los lugareños.
El ingeniero Felipe Suberví, asumió el compromiso de mejorar las condiciones de vida de los munícipes de este sector, precisando que una muestra de esto es el remozamiento de la cañada Cancino Adentro y los trabajos para mejorar el servicio de distribución de agua potable.
En ese orden, Robinson Pérez, gerente de Operaciones de la CAASD en Santo Domingo Este, destacó que la institución trabaja 24 horas los 7 días de la semana a favor de la población en sentido general, especialmente con la gente de esta demarcación de Santo Domingo Este.
En el encuentro estuvieron presentes la ingeniera Marcel Ríos, encargada de la Unidad Ejecutora de Proyectos de la CAASD; el regidor Antonio Félix; Manuel Núñez, encargado de la Dirección Social de la CAASD; el ingeniero Francisco Campusano, subdirector de la CAASD y el general Eddy Pérez Peralta, director Regional Santo Domingo Oriental; representantes de las iglesias y comunitarios de Cancino Adentro.
