Santo Domingo. Con el apoyo del Seguro Nacional de Salud (SENASA), la Corporación del Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Santo Domingo (CAASD), realizó la jornada médico familiar de odontología y nutrición, en la cual participaron decenas de colaboradores acompañados de familiares y relacionados.
La jornada se llevó a cabo en el Dispensario Médico de la sede central, y forma parte de las actividades que realiza la institución con motivo del Mes de la Familia. Entre los servicios ofrecidos figuraron chequeos médicos, evaluaciones y profilaxis dental, además de entrega de cuadernos y juegos didácticos a los pacientes.
Unas 14 familias recibieron atención en el área de nutrición, a las cuales se les realizaron analíticas para la elaboración de planes de nutrición, ajustados a los presupuestos de cada persona, explicó Issa Marte, analista de Relaciones Laborales de la institución.
Marte destacó la importancia de hacer este tipo de jornada que sirve, además, para fomentar la unidad de la familia y el buen vivir.
La analista elogió el personal del SeNasa, que trabajó con el prestador de servicios Macromédica, un centro médico enfocado en medicina preventiva que ofrece consultas, odontología, laboratorio, vacunaciones y sonografías; entre otros servicios.
