CAASD hace ingentes esfuerzos para solucionar la situación en el menor tiempo posible
Santo Domingo.- La Corporación del Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Santo Domingo (CAASD) informó que podrían presentarse dificultades en el servicio de agua potable en el sector Herrera, municipio Santo Domingo Oeste, debido a la avería en una válvula, localizada en una tubería que sale de la línea de 48 pulgadas de la planta I y que alimenta la línea de 24 pulgadas de la prolongación 27 de Febrero, de la que salen diferentes derivaciones para abastecer al referido sector.
Tras la CAASD establecer la avería durante el lunes, inició inmediatamente labores de reparación, sacando la pieza dañada y la llevó al taller. Sin embargo, los daños implican que la válvula reparada le será entregada el viernes próximo.
La entidad estatal indicó en un comunicado que hará todo lo posible para que esta dificultad afecte lo menos posible al sector Herrera.
“Al mismo tiempo, pedimos comprensión a la población por esta situación y le garantizamos que estamos haciendo todo el esfuerzo para resolver este problema en el menor tiempo posible”, agregó.
Debido a esta situación, se verán afectados con el suministro de agua potable los sectores: Buenos Aires de Herrera, Las Rosas, Colinas del Oeste, Libertador de Herrera, Las Palmas de Herrera, entre otros.
