Esta iniciativa forma parte de la digitalización de la institución que incluye pago de facturas, entre otros servicios.
Santo Domingo. – La Corporación del Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Santo Domingo (CAASD) puso en marcha una moderna ventanilla virtual para la recepción de documentos, solicitudes y trámites a disposición de los usuarios, como parte del proceso de transformación digital de esa entidad.
En ese sentido, la institución informó que con esta iniciativa los ciudadanos podrán consultar trámites relacionados con certificaciones de confirmación en línea, aprobación y sellado de planos hidrosanitarios, solicitud de construcción de acometidas, entre otros servicios para los cuales era necesario desplazarse hacía las oficinas.
Con la puesta en marcha de la ventanilla única de atención para usuarios, se busca optimizar el flujo de las comunicaciones tanto internas como externas. Además de lograr que las solicitudes sean más eficaces y oportunas, a fin de cumplir con los programas de gestión documental para la producción, recepción, distribución y seguimiento de los documentos que se ejecutan.
Con esta nueva herramienta se realizarán procedimientos que incluyen desde la recepción de solicitud de servicios, reporte de averías, etc., hasta la incorporación de un moderno centro de monitoreo que cuenta con la capacidad de vigilar de forma remota y en tiempo real las estaciones de bombeo y campos de pozo del Gran Santo Domingo.
Eficiencia y calidad en el servicio
Como parte del compromiso con la modernización y mejora de los servicios públicos, y a la visión y metas definidas por el director general Felipe Suberví, la entidad aseguró que continúan cumpliendo con el propósito de eficientizar y acercas los servicios públicos a los ciudadanos, de forma transparente, conforme al programa Burocracia Cero, con procesos de calidad para la población del Distrito Nacional y la provincia Santo Domingo.
Durante esta gestión la CAASD ha alcanzado avances significativos con herramientas y sistemas tecnológicos, llevando a la institución a la era de la digitalización y automatización de procesos.
