Santo Domingo. – La Corporación del Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Santo Domingo (CAASD) anunció su alianza con una red de más de 7,000 establecimientos comerciales que también funcionarán como puntos de pagos de los servicios que ofrece a la ciudadanía.

A través de un comunicado, la entidad estatal explicó que mediante esta red los usuarios podrán realizar sus pagos en colmados, farmacias, supermercados, entre otros comercios del Gran Santo Domingo, que están incluidos en MIDASRED.

La CAASD destacó que estas acciones forman parte de los esfuerzos que ejecuta la actual gestión para fortalecer el servicio que brinda a la población, con mayor eficiencia y apostando a la digitalización para garantizar que todos los dominicanos puedan acceder.

En ese sentido, apuntó que con la implementación de los puntos de pagos facilitarán a los clientes la realización de sus transacciones, sin la necesidad de tener que trasladarse a la oficina comercial.

Asimismo, resaltó que además de las estafetas de pagos distribuidas en los diferentes comercios ubicados en el Distrito Nacional y la provincia Santo Domingo, los usuarios también podrán realizar saldar sus facturas y recibir atención a través de su callcenter.

Además, los usuarios podrán ejecutar sus transacciones mediante las diferentes entidades bancarias, la Alcaldía del Distrito Nacional, Paga todo, Tpago, entre otros comercios.

La CAASD recordó la implementación del número único, a través del 809-562-3500 la población podrá comunicarse de manera rápida y sencilla sin importar a la demarcación que corresponda.

Con el número único los ciudadanos de Santo Domingo Norte y Este también podrán solicitar servicios, realizar pagos, reclamaciones, además de reportar averías en sus localidades.
